David Evans
Where it all began, in Syracuse NY. Evans found his love for the Baking Industry at OCMBOCES inspired by teachers to make a career out of baking & pastry .
A graduate of Johnson & Whales University Providence RI, working alongside some of the best chefs in the industry
Evans has 30yrs of Baking & Pastry experience Holding position at Alfredos di Roma Walt Disney World Epcot, Ritz-Carlton, Manalapan, Boca West Country Club, Frenchmans Creek Country Club. Has been honored to service President Bill Clinton In Cranston RI, Along with a list of celebrities though out his career,
Evans has been in numerous Pastry competitions in
Las Vegas, NY, GA, Palm Beach.
Loves to be a business owner has had a number of Retail & wholesale Bakeries and cafes in South Florida . Loves working with chocolate, cakes, and cooking for friends and family. Evans has always given back when possible to help No kid hungry, Giving back to the community, Taste of the Nation fighting childhood hunger Fort Lauderdale, American Diabetes Association, American Red Cross Palm Beach County, March of Dimes fundraising & soup kitchen Boynton Beach.
